This is something that I need to get out to all my contacts as quickly
as I can so that you can get your position locked in.

No this is not any kind of matrix or any garbage like that.

Here are empowering questions you can ask when you find yourself in a mess. Or vary the questions to assist others in asking for more meaningful information:
What can I learn from this? How have I benefitted from this so far? Who else has benefitted from this? What conditions allowed this situation?
And then:
Am I ready for a different situation? What do I want to bring into my life? What can I do now to change this?
Such questions as these are far more uplifting and encouraging than "Who did what?" Or, "How did I get into this mess?" Or, "Why did this happen?" Of course, there may be times we must also ask and answer questions such as these, but they tend to blame rather than empower. It is helpful to distinguish between empowering and disempowering questions.

Ten Things to Say or Do When a Prospective Customer Says No

Clarify the No.

"Is that no right now, no forever, or no I don't like you?"

Identify the No.

"Most people say no to this product/service at first. Would you tell me which part you are saying no to?"

Accept the No.

"I understand completely. It worth thinking about first."

Keep talking/listening.

"I accept your No, Bob. But can we discuss it/keep talking about you?"

Ask a thinking question.

"Would you tell me where you want to be financially in 10 years, Bob?"

Ask an empathy question.

"Is it the price, Bob?

Ask a trick question.

Taking control.

Are you the type of person that follows everyone else?   I have heard that only 2-3% of people are real leaders.
Most people settle for mediocrity,  others maintain a certian level of succcess and then lose hope.  Still others make use of their time and money to take control and make the most of their lives and live in abundance.
Where are you today? More importantly where are you going tomorrow?

A video about learning your true potential!

I encourage everyone to watch this video.  The video can make you understand we all are better than what we may think we are.  I suggest you turn down the light and turn up your speakers and be inspired for the next 6 minutes.

Are you doomed for mediocrity? We are what we think!

There is evidence that we become what we think.  Think that you are weak and you are weak. Think you lack what it takes, your going to lack in what it takes.  Think you will lose and you will lose.
We need to replace those negative thoughts with positive affirmations about ourselves.  "I do have what it takes"."I am a winner"!  "I am a first class performer".  "I will make it to the top".    The key to winning  is what lies in your attitudes towards what you do in life.  We need to do our jobs with a positive uplifting attitude.  We need to ask ourselves what can we do better today than I did yesterday.  I had people say well it just wasn't made to work out.  The more we learn about a specific problem we can better solve our problems.  The point being what can I learn from this situation to make circumstances better next time.
Don't limit yourself. Push yourself and find your true potential!  You might be surprised as what lies within yourself.

We all need somebody! trust and believe!

I was thinking about we all want to be heard. I believe that we are all in need of someone being there for us. Many people from day to day seem so busy with their own agendas and priorities that anyone that needs to an ear to listen just gets shunned and disheartened. don't get me wrong, I have even fallen into that category. Today I am more aware and want to learn. Just by listening we could be learning some valuable information. By lending an ear and comprehending the other persons true needs and then relating to them in a personal manner we begin the process of trust in the other person. Whatever happened to people with true integrity? I believe that we are all capable at reaching the more noble person within ourselves we just need to learn that it is not all about ourselves. We are all wanting attention in one degree or another. This can be said from the womb to the grave. I believe we need to let people speak and ask them questions about what they think. By getting answers about a specific problem we better able to help the person. By asking questions pertinent to their problem. First we need to change our behavior. Ask ourselves is this all about me or am I being honest with myself and building true, long lasting business relationships. The good thing is that we are building a solid foundation of friends just for listening and trying to be a true friend. The most awesome thing is that we build a legacy of friends that can last a lifetime. My questio to you today and in to the future is who are you going to reach out to today?

Concern for others?

You know we live in a very fast paced society. Here in America we have every conceived invention to communicate with others. I feel that in some ways technology brings us together one way but we lose face to face intimacy just sitting and talking with people.
Today, I suggest that we all make a concerted efort to reach out physically and help someone in need or visit someone that you haven't seen in a long time. God love you. Pass it on to to others.
Make today count!

The Magic of Thinking Big!

Had a great day Sunday. Hope you did too. I have been rereading the book The Magic of Thinking Big"I was reading in chapter 4 of the book where it talks about where we some people with small problems let them become big problems and in turn really miss out on bigger opportunities. Mainly don't let pettiness get in the way of seeing the big picture. One way I get get peace is that I am grateful and look down the road to what things can become and not what they are a the present time.

Big hug of true sincerity!

I hope your having a great day. You know that we all go through life and people just seem unattached and insincere. I realize that there are many many awesome wonderful people out there.

I want you to know that I am a truly down to earth person that cares about others and there problems. We all need a shoulder to lean on from time to time and listen to others. I believe that love is what keeps us together. I think that is an old song, from long ago.

I want to know that whatever you are going through. Here is a great big hug of love (((()))))

What type of person are you?

Hello again,

It has been a beautiful February day here in Moore,OK. How are you doing today? I mean realy how are you feeling at this moment? Do you ever feel like nobody cares? Do you need someone to understand and listen to your concerns? I want you to know that I am here for you and I mean that very sincerely!
Do you ever people watch whenever your in public? You can tell people from their body language, expressions on their face, and overall demeanor what mood their in a the time of observance. I find this very interesting an intriguing.
I have heard there are three types of people everyone falls under, Alpha, Pre-alpha,and Beta.
Alpha is the type of person who is brimming with confidence and takes charge of affairs and follows through with plans. A Pre-Alpha is somebody that has the ability to be an Alpha but fails to live up to their full potential. A Beta type person is someone who is takes orders, never leads, very pessimistic type person. Which one of these categories do you fall into?
